Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an Information Analyst to work as part of a small team.

You will be responsible for providing essential planning and analytical support to Directorate Managers and Clinical staff in relation to the production and development of operational, planning, management and statutory reports as required by the Trust. This is for both internal and external reporting ensuring that information provided is timely, relevant and accurate according to NHS Data Standards and Trust Policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of reporting, preferably within the NHS. Advanced IT skills are essential, including MS Excel. Previous experience of data retrieval, analysis and report writing are essential as is experience of, at a minimum, basic SQL.

Please be advised this is currently a fixed term contract until March 2018.
